RESPONSIBLE FOR: Managing and developing the administrative processes within the prison workshop.
The main objective of this role is to manage and develop efficient administration systems for the smooth running of our workshops across a number of different London prisons – currently HMP Brixton, Wandsworth, ISIS, Pentonville and Feltham and our community provision.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for supporting people who are on a journey to change their lives. We are an innovative charity that develops and delivers vocational and employability training and support in either our community based or prisons training centres, to offenders, ex-offenders, vulnerable adults, young offenders, NEETs and the homeless.

This project support role is the lynchpin of the ‘through the gate’ process in preparing prisoners for release and supporting them in the community. The role needs a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about helping those effected by the criminal justice system. Roles are London based and could be full or part time.
